• We sell only Genuine Lego parts guaranteed.
• New items have been removed from sealed packaging and may be sent assembled or unassembled.
• Like New items are from opened but unused sets and also may be assembled or unassembled.
• Used items are usually from our own collections or purchased verified Lego collections which are carefully inspected and graded as good or acceptable.
• Occasionally an ordered part is out of stock. When this occurs the part amount plus shipping will be credited back.
• Customer satisfaction is the most important aspect of our store and we will gladly accept returns if there is a problem with your order please contact us first.
• All orders are shipped USPS First Class with tracking. Parts are individually bagged and labeled and sent in a padded mailer. Large orders maybe sent in a shipping box.
