The Store an online presence only and all orders are shipped from Houston Texas..
New items have been removed from sealed packaging and may be sent assembled or unassembled.
Like New items are from opened but unused sets and also may be assembled or unassembled.
Used items are usually from our own collections and are carefully inspected and graded as good or acceptable.
Occasionally an ordered part is out of stock. When this occurs the part amount plus shipping will be credited back.
Customer satisfaction is the most important aspect of our store and we will gladly accept returns if there is a problem with your order please contact us first.
All orders are shipped USPS First Class with tracking. Parts are individually bagged and labeled and sent in a padded mailer. Large orders maybe sent in a shipping box.
